The offer is for both consumer and small business customers (commercial use isn't allowed). And you have to be using an Apple or Android device.
This offer is NOT available on a tablet plan but you can use Apple Music on your tablet using your Apple ID if you have the Apple Music on EE add-on on your pay monthly or SIM only phone plan.
To take advantage of Apple Music on EE you must have:

- a compatible Apple (iOS 8 or later) or Android (4.3 or later) device
- access to a WiFi or a data connection to stream or download Apple Music, Radio and Connect
- an Apple ID and password.

An Apple ID can be used on multiple devices but it isn't possible to stream live music on more than one device at a time.

We’ll then text you. From that message reply YES (with the bill payer’s permission) and we’ll send further instructions on how to download and enjoy Apple Music for free.
If you currently have a subscription for Apple Music directly with Apple, this will need to be cancelled in order to enjoy Apple Music membership through EE. To do this immediately, you will need to call Apple directly on 08001076285 or alternatively you can follow the guidance here.
We are giving customers the data to stream and enjoy Apple Music with the offer, as long as you still have data left in your package.
When streaming or downloading on WiFi it won’t use any data allowance.
If you have already got the free Apple Music offer from us, you can still enjoy the additional data to stream it.
Simply text STREAM to 150.
